Mitochondria are damaged

You are not just one body

Nor a bundle of organs

But trillions of cells

And each cell needs energy

It's the reason we eat and breathe

To get oxygen and glucose

To fuel our cells

And mitochondria are what make this happen

Mitochondria have DNA, their own DNA and it can be damaged by spike protein

And other toxins, stressors

When mitochondria hurt

Cells don't work

Tissues don't function

Organs malfunction

And you die

Mitochondria are the reason why

And good luck finding a cure

Because we may as well be looking for the fountain of eternal youth

We can however slow down the damage

But it isn't by taking another possible poison

It requires discipline

Of both body and nutrition

Habits - stress - sleep - movement

It requires learning

And trial and error

There is no quick fix to this terror

It's slow and steady wins the race

Or burn out and fall on your face

Trust me I know

I've had chronic fatigue syndrome since ages ago

It's a real pain in the ass

Gaslit , neglected and mocked by insurance dictated doctors for years. Thankful for my integrative medicine doctor now.

Yes it is. I have suffered from chronic fatigue since my teenage years- I am now 54. Exhausting couple of decades. God Speed.

I am so sorry, Stephanie!

Pain zaps your energy. I've not had a level 10 pain-free day since my 40's, I'm 75 now. MRI showed gallstones and a hernia, the ultrasound was done Wed, no word from the doctor, his office is next to the hospital. And he works in the hospital too. And NO MESH, I don't trust it, No Gallbladder removal either. Blast the Stones, I don't need 2 more AB surgeries on top of the 5 I already had. Adhesions are very painful.

Expand full comment

I am sorry to hear about that, Gail!!

I read that these detoxes can eventually dissolve the stones, but there is a need to be careful. I don't personally know anyone with this problem, and I have no affiliation with the website. Dr.. Shultze is a herbalist, his supplements tend to be high quality. https://www.herbdoc.com/5-day-kidney-detox

I recently read something about Boron being helpful for kidney and gallstones. It was in the comments section of Coffee & Covid substack, Feb 10 post. I always find so much helpful information in these comment sections!

Expand full comment

So do I, already started the standard Apple Cider with Mothers and a few detox supplements, I had to order. Did the same to avoid Covid, I added Quinine Bark, so NO Covid and no Jabs. And the doctor can forget any more AB surgeries unless it's a Lap to sew up the hernia, as they used to do, about the same outcome, but no Mesh to destroy your health. I don't have time for a long recovery. Too much to do.

The mesh is what eventually killed my FIL after hernia surgery. Infection after infection, going deeper into the stomach each time. You're right not to trust the Mesh stuff.

It's mitochondrial damage

Expand full comment

That, and there could be many things causing mitochondrial (and other) damage. At least some of it can be rooted in what I have been trying to get more attention to, bugs that aren't profitable to diagnose, and therefore they often fly under the radar, and people suffer for years.

Yes.

Biological - viral - bacterial toxins and fungi

Chemical - from biochemical and hormones - pesticides - plastics - pharmaceuticals

Radiological - microwaves - EMF

All play their part

So does chronic inflammation

Same here. Acquaintance: “maybe you have long Covid.” Me: “since 1977? Besides I never got Covid.” Acquaintance: “good thing you got vaccinated or you would likely gotten Covid. You ARE vaccinated, aren’t you?” Me: “no.” Acquaintance: “you should.” Me: “ Let me rephrase that: Oh Hell No. Anyone already suffering from suspected mitochondrial issues should have their head examined if they’re tempted to get an untested genetic program to get your body to produce the very most damaging part of Covid– the spike. Particularly from corrupt corporations that have just been given blanket immunity from liability.” Subject changed.

I couldn’t believe people gleefully and uncritically lining up for risky shots. Mito sufferers I think are a vigilant and cautious lot. And have encountered trouble with other compounds generally regarded as safe, let alone safe and effective.

I’ve worked through various supplements etc that keep chronic pain and that general feeling of unwellness at bay. Regular bouts of crushing fatigue still sharply limit employment hours so at 61 I’m still functioning but always feel like I’m potentially 20 minutes from bankruptcy.

Not the spike protein... That's a result of cell damage, not the cause.

The cause is plain and simple and it happened for moderna years before con-vid.

"For Moderna, that meant putting its Crigler-Najjar therapy in nanoparticles made of lipids. And for its chemists, those nanoparticles created a daunting challenge: Dose too little, and you don’t get enough enzyme to affect the disease; dose too much, and the drug is too toxic for patients."

Oh yeah, that 2017 article that has been going around for years now and yet they don't care!

As far as the COVID shots go, there are many things wrong with them, including that. And they are immunosuppresive by design, and sometimes contaminated with wrong mechancial and living things, and full of toxins, and the mRNA tech is a jump into the abyss, and wrong protein production in wrong places may also be a problem, etc. That said, when it comes to specifically "long COVID," a term that is being tossed around, my research has led me to believe that even the vaccines (wink, wink) are not the only reason, and that microbial infections are a major contributor, and sometimes they are assisted by immunosuppressive, toxic, or contaminated vaccines. . This is not an ideological batter for me, there are many things that can go wrong for many reasons. But when people suffer from undiagnosed microbial infections and don't look and don't take measures, it creates more suffering, and I don't like that. I prefer that people look into everything and feel better.

I was blessed with an MD father, who was a skeptic of big pharma, even then, in the 50ś and 60's, as were some of his colleagues, and I had a highschool chemistry teacher who would say about doctors: When you come in with anything they just put a name on it and prescribe some chemical that they don't even know what it does, and if you don't come back, they assume it works.

Modern medicine is pretty good at treating the human body like a machine. The mechanical aspects and related systems are fairly well understood.

But when it comes to the chemistry, cellular functioning, endocrine systems, and DNA modern medicine falls off a cliff. There is so much to learn. The deeper we dig the less we understand.

Our pharmaceuticals and technologies might be improving but the science has an extremely long way to go. The narrative of expertise presented to the general public is overconfident and misleading.

For instance, when the general public is presented there is just a two percent difference between the DNA of a chimp vs human listeners conclude a close similarity. What doesn’t get reported is, in genetic science a two percent difference in DNA is gigantic. Huge in fact and not trivial.

But unless that’s explained they can sell misleading t-shirts that say “98% Chimp” on them.

The cheapening of humanity and the glorification of science is a big reason so many rolled up their sleeves and completely trusted being injected with an off-label, experimental biological agent. The lack of skepticism, caution, and questioning was completely insane.

I like how you highlight the medical profession not being able to diagnosis SO MANY causes yet are sure it's not the shots....ZERO credibility

Expand full comment

Agree on her credibility. VACCINES = Poison.

For childhood asthma, definitely autism, SIDS, now SADS, all poxes like fever blisters(these don’t come from a grandma or parent with one’s kiss to a baby like we’re told), impetigo, there are even new ones in kids now, and so many other maladies look no further than the poison called Vaccines to find the cause.

It’s not just C19 shot that is bad. They should all be outlawed as they create kids with problems that Drs. gain patients for life from. By design!

Come on Lena, you must know this.

Modern health care is only helpful for acute medical issues. For chronic conditions it does more harm than good. Better to treat a chronic condition by using natural health methods using collective wisdom found online. That information however, is harder and harder to access with censorship of natural health right up there with Covid and climate change.

Yikes. That’s very scary. The industrial complexes have purposely elevated doctors but honestly we should bring that profession back down to size. In many countries and throughout history doctors were a lowly profession. Ie Soviet Russia. I am convinced this elevation and all the means to enclose the profession is simply to sell pharmaceuticals and devises.

My younger kids didn’t get the “childhood shots” but my oldest was already compromised when I met her dad. (Her mother was also one of those kids who developed type 1 in her early teens-and died young) Her kids are growing up in California and mandated every shot to go to school. The middle one seems to be okay, but the older one and the youngest are damaged.

The other grandkids are unshot, except for my oldest grandson (who has some damage) who had had a year of shots when my older son met his mom and future wife. We educated her so the other kids are free. You do what you can and share with those who will listen

A while ago I was very curious about "autism", and what I came away with, in a very general sense, was the opinion that many different things are happening which are being labelled "autism"....but, then, because we are using this one word, everyone assumes that all these things are the same and must have the same cause. It's backwards.

For example, there are "neurodivergent" people who call themselves "autistic" who can live independently but have difficulties with mainstream social mores and that sort of thing. And then there are children who are "autistic" who will never ever be able to tie their shoes, certainly not have a job, etc. It's clear to me that these can't be the "same" "disease", but we treat them as if they are the same "on a spectrum".

I think that asthma should really refer to a physical phenomenon, or a group of symptoms, the cause of which is varies a lot from person to person. I don't think "asthma" is actually a discreet disease by itself, rather something than can occur for a wide variety of reasons.

Expand full comment

Once autism got labelled as a medical condition, it opened the floodgates for the medical industry as well as the public education system. If a child is diagnosed with autism, the public education system allows that child all sorts of special treatment. They can take tests alone, be given more time to take tests, allowed retakes, etc. they get put in special classes. Many parents whose kids, as you say are fully functional but maybe a bit quirky in some areas hurry to get that label so they are afforded these special treatments. So autism is basically a made up condition that lies on a made up spectrum as you stated. Meanwhile kids with severe disabilities are lumped in with a kid that is a little weird.

I had good friendships with a number of hospital directors & doctors over here & warned them at the start. They all towed the system line, took & gave the shots.

None of them talk any more so as not to lose face.

Very sad & they know the likely outcomes which hospital staff around the rest of the world are now facing.

The system turned on its own first & many will probably be the first ones to go in the next plandemic as their immunity is so flawed, likely as planned by the cabal, so as to overwhelm the system with less staff to look after the next round of casualties.
