A reminder to keep a cool head and not allow anyone to trick you into fear
A short but important reminder in the light of many dramatic events
There are a lot of people, wearing many different masks, who want us to be on edge and to have our thinking processes blocked by fear.
My advice: if your television is making you nervous, turn it off. The world is not going to disappear.
It may sound crazy but absolutely every circumstance in our life is a “road sign” that is telling us what to pay attention to, what to heal on the inside for us to live our happiest life, where it’s best for us to go.
I am not talking theory. I have lived through several experiences where I didn’t know whether I would live or die, none of them were great fun but, looking back, the loving spiritual forces were always there, waiting for me to see what was good for me to see. And there is a lot more to our life on Earth than our immediate circumstance, our souls know that even when our conscious minds forget.
In case you are feeling overwhelmed by your reality or by the scary plots attempted by the aspiring masters upstairs, here is a short collection of things I have written then will hopefully help you relax into your soul and expel the fear. On my end, I say yes to composed situational awareness but I say a very firm no to fear. There is no room for fear.
Composed situational awareness = figuring out what’s going on to the best of our ability, evaluating the practical steps we can take to protect ourselves, to honor our souls, and to make our life sweet, actually taking them, and firmly prohibiting fear and impatience from being parties to the “brainstorming session” on the inside. :) What I find helpful is always asking myself the question: how does the circumstance work for the most important spiritual purpose of understanding myself and learning what I need to learn to do my job? And I ask this question with love.
Yes, our times are trying, and the challenges are real challenges. Yes, the face of the Machine is more visible to us now than it was in the past few decades, but there is still no room for fear. We need all of our senses relaxed and alert to deal with the challenges. People and other beings who try to put anxiety hooks into us are not on our side. They are trying to poison our soils and make us weak.
But they are liars, the story of our weakness is a fake story.
We are not weak. We are not victims, we can deal with any parts of the adventure and come out stronger, with braver love, with better clarity, with a better understanding of who we are. And, no matter what we go through, we can be made whole.
We all have important jobs to do in this world. We are very lovable and very important. Our souls are sacred. We have no room for fear.

I love you in any case, but it helps A LOT, and I am in a dire need to get more donations and paid subscribers while keeping my posts free. Thank you from my heart for your support!
Excellent advice Tessa! Just like with "covid"... for those of us who don't watch any kind of evil "Mainstream" television... it was a non-event (unless we went to a store or somewhere where scared hoards of zombies were wearing face diapers and standing 6 feet apart like slaves). I *always* follow the following rule: If it's not happening outside of my door, I don't need to know about it. And if it happens outside of my door, I'll know about it. Typically, we do *not* need to know everything that's going on in the world at all times. There was a time in our history where things that happened even in the next closest city to us wasn't found out about until we read it in the paper the next week. And, somehow, we survived. People have *got* to stop letting themselves get dragged into the fear trap!!!
Thank you, Tessa. You are a guiding light. ✨✨✨
