Excellent advice Tessa! Just like with "covid"... for those of us who don't watch any kind of evil "Mainstream" television... it was a non-event (unless we went to a store or somewhere where scared hoards of zombies were wearing face diapers and standing 6 feet apart like slaves). I *always* follow the following rule: If it's not happening outside of my door, I don't need to know about it. And if it happens outside of my door, I'll know about it. Typically, we do *not* need to know everything that's going on in the world at all times. There was a time in our history where things that happened even in the next closest city to us wasn't found out about until we read it in the paper the next week. And, somehow, we survived. People have *got* to stop letting themselves get dragged into the fear trap!!!

Or is Tessa allowing the guiding light to shine through her?

Either way, we appreciate Tessa Lena, and the guidance of the light.

For sure the fear-mongering (not to mention the information overload) is endless. I find that in order to stay vaguely sane (notice I said "vaguely"), I spend less & less time, as time goes on, reading emails or posts - including Substack posts - or paying attention to social media. I've never become a "smart" phone addict, which also helps, of course. I have my good days & some pretty bad days. For sure I know enough now that when I'm ingesting information that's making my heart pound, it's time to take a break. There's also a lot more surrender in my general attitude.

Thank you Tessa. I love cool heads, and don't really have one, but …working on it. :)

Russian people surely coolest. You're so lucky. I want to be Russian.

Thank you, Celia!! Many hugs to you, and you deserve them!

As far as Russian and Swedes, you guys ruled us for a while, so... :)))) I am making a joke since we talked about it. :) I think all ancestries are magnificent, and Russians have a fascination with ancient Scandinavians and their culture, so it all adds up nicely. On my end, I ran away from perpetual gloom of my very traumatized culture and the idea that accepting pain at the hands of the villains is somehow noble, while being happy is an insult to the unspoken "community standards." :))

Thank you Tessa, never to forget our humor:

“God is a comedian playing to an audience who is afraid to laugh.”

Just have a long laughter every day, after all we are eternal beings (okay, our body has to go sometime, but takes with it all the diseases, fears, ignorance, ‘virus’ ).

For the researchers our there, this was published recently:

——————————————

Corona Blood Phenomena Inge Just-Nastansky

Microscopic examinations of blood, serum, and cerebrospinal fluid: healthy – vaccinated – recovered

This unique book examines blood samples from Covid patients and vaccine recipients using drop-image microscopy. It unveils unprecedented changes in blood composition, potentially affecting protein structures. Emphasizing the vital role of blood in human function, it urges ongoing research to safeguard bodily integrity.

How fascinating. I never heard of this before. I do think God has a boundless sense of humor, and we laugh when we start to lose interest in asserting ourselves. When we sort of dissolve. This is my favorite part of the journey. Tomorrow ought to be an interesting day. I am laughing way more than usual.

Expand full comment

Celia, yes, to dissolve I think is the key, but this takes courage and being truthful to Self.

I think in the following if I Substitute the word “weather” with “Life” I get a good picture of both: Weather & Life.

“… there is not such thing as bad weather (life), is just weather (life) and your attitude toward it. “ (a lesson for all)

Also, for a morning dose of laughter:

“The Truth will set you free, but first, will piss you off.”

Good advice Tessa. I would add, I have suggestd folks with anxiety write short vignettes developing worst case scenarios with fictionalized characters. As they do so, the brain codes the ideas as ‘creative writing’, anxiety is reduced. Side effect? A writer steps up.

speaking of fear, I was close enough to the epicenter to feel the Jersey earth quake the other day. I thought to my self, "hmm that's interesting. Now I can check feeling an earthquake off my list". Meanwhile, I see people online who are nowhere near the quake completely freaking out, cuz CERN or solar eclipses or both or whatever these doom peddlers are promoting these days.

Where are you, NJ? I felt it in NY. As far as CERN, i don't think there is anything great about it existentially but fear mongering is still a wrong thing to do!

Expand full comment

Right across the border in Pennsylvania about halfway between Philly & NYC (Allentown of Billy Joel fame if that helps). And yea I'm not really sure where people get their ideas about CERN, and what goes on there, but they sure come up with some interesting theories. I've listened to interviews with people who do the work there, and sure, they can be lying, but I see nothing particularly devious about their research as publicly stated.
