Has the CICP made any decisions regarding COVID-19 Claims?
As of September 1, 2021, the CICP has not compensated any COVID-19 countermeasures claims. Three COVID-19 countermeasures have been denied compensation because the standard of proof for causation was not met and/or a covered injury was not sustained.
I have a friend who will be fired here in California because her company won't accept her reasonable accommodation based upon susceptibility to anaphylaxis. Company won't accept her doctor's letter because it can't demonstrate causation. Simply put, to keep her job she will have to get the shot to prove causation. Even then if she goes into shock, probably couldn't get compensated because the anaphylactic shock would be incidental It's so fucked up here. If you're going to San Francisco, be sure to wear some needles in your hair.
Oh dear - I follow attorney Robert Barnes, and he basically says go with religious exemption rather than medical, ESP in a crazy state like Cali, because it's nearly impossible to prove medical reasons. Also, "religious" does NOT mean you have to have a pastor/rabbi/priest/imam certify it - it can be a " church" of one, your own beliefs. That said, he's representing lots of mandate clients, as are many other prominent lawyers (thank God).
It detects blood clots. If you showed there was no clotting before the injection that would be good enough proof for me. I suspect CICP is corrupt so it wouldn't matter

Speaking of faith, I have noticed many liberals seem to have an almost religious faith in what the mainstream media tells them. They believe the Washington Post, New York Times and PBS News Hour, etc, are telling them the truth. They make excuses for any backpedaling (e.g. the lab-leak theory) and vehemently deny the existence of any bias towards favoring major advertiser and underwriter interests. Cognitive dissonance strikes again.
Try teaching them what Sterilizing Immunity means. Smallpox was 95 percent effective at preventing infection...meanwhile the most vaccinated country on earth has the highest rate of new covid infections per capita!

I wonder if you took a d-dimer test before the shot and another one shotly after getting injected if that would be enough. I suspect no.
