You wrote,

“ I have not been sending posts because I feel responsible for writing from a place of clarity, from the heart, and my heart was overwhelmed from dealing with the existential unknown.”

Very wise. Thank you for your example.

Thank you Ed!!! I try to practice what I preach for the sake of integrity,, sometimes it's easy, sometimes less so, but being human means we figure some things out as we go...

Integrity is very important to me. It is a constant goal to reach.

I see it as how I continually relearn in new contexts, iteratively and emergently.

Any Tessa signal is welcome-

No signal is also understood- Many kno the silence means work product is wanted and worthy-

We all hav lives, and a unique map that unfolds the many refer to as a living; life can be blotted out when that happens-

so happy you're back and so much to unpack here. what a lineup of mental muscle.

i think you really nailed it when you mentioned that we have to remember that when we try to bring people over to team humanity, a lot of them have been terrorized and we have to make sure we don't terrorize them from our side

and isn't it amazing when you hear bach in the original tuning! he knew the overtone system better than anyone!

Thank you!!!! I am very happy to be back, too!! And Bach in the original tuning is so beautiful! So different from how his music is performed in modern tuning, so much more alive and immediate!

I periodically fast from news for my peace of mind.

Thank you, and it's very wise of you to fast from the news!!

I can’t fast from food because of SIRS, mold biotoxin illness, a bunch of autoimmune issues ( from a booster shot for work in autistic classroom in 2001-2003)So I discovered news fasting . & I have an integrative medicine doctor for actual help the last few years, thank God.

I watched your presentation and discussion with Vera, Rima et al., and was awestruck and delighted by your intelligence, cogency, clarity and humanity. Naturally I'm now a subscriber.

I love your approach to love, love your enemies, overcome trauma and basically stop the cycle. One of my favourite quotes, not easy to implement but so far the only one that has been working in my life: “To our most bitter opponents we say: ‘We shall match your capacity to inflict suffering by our capacity to endure suffering. We shall meet your physical force with soul force. Do to us what you will, and we shall continue to love you. We cannot in all good conscience obey your unjust laws, because noncooperation with evil is as much a moral obligation as is cooperation with good. Throw us in jail, and we shall still love you. Bomb our homes and threaten our children, and we shall still love you. Send your hooded perpetrators of violence into our community at the midnight hour and beat us and leave us half dead, and we shall still love you. But be ye assured that we will wear you down by our capacity to suffer. One day we shall win freedom, but not only for ourselves. We shall so appeal to your heart and conscience that we shall win you in the process, and our victory will be a double victory.’ ”

-- Martin Luther King, Jr., Loving Your Enemies

Thank you!!! And it's a beautiful quote!!! I would add to it that in order to respect the souls of broken people, one needs to first of all unconditionally love oneself and trust the universe. It is much easier to be at peace when you generally trust the universe and ultimate fairness of things!!!

For sure! That's the starting point. Another quote that goes along and that I thought of while watching your presentation: "Think on this: Love is a force for justice and peace. It’s the best fuel for the work. If we try to fuel social change with bitterness, we’ll eventually run on empty and face the danger of transforming into the inhumanity we oppose. "-B.A. King
