Two of my favorite people in one podcast. I agree 100% of everything you both said. Keep up the great work. Deception indeed comes in many forms. Thank god for those of us who see through it and extra bonus for knowing of others!

Magnificent interview with many painful truths. On "obvious mendacity" and "zero progress against propaganda": I have vainly struggled for years with this. I believe what I have been resisting is the obvious and likely immutable condition of our species to prefer and rely on the common construct. The reason and sensibility of the propaganda de jour is unimportant as long as the critical mindset mass is maintained. On Mark's circumstances: My father bounced from industry to a professorship in the seventies/eighties and then back to industry. While he enjoyed the professional freedoms and opportunities attendant with the academia, he abhorred the political Petri dish. And that was way back in an era that as far as I can tell had far, far fewer social justice warriors at the ready with poison tipped spears. On unity: This gets personal for me again. I really just have to entirely get over being right, and recognize the futility and stupidity of trying to get others to see it my way. Certainly that's not altogether appropriate, since I have found that some are genuinely responsive to my perspectives. But seriously, real humility is imperative here. There are loads of folks way smarter than me who will never see it as I do. The incoherence that may occur in the larger mindset as incompatible truths are dealt with will simply cause a repositioning and new coherence around an adjusted mindset. Progress against one particular variety of propaganda may be possible but general process against the collective attractions that constitute propaganda may be impossible. I agree that your central point, Tessa, is correct, though. In loving and respecting one another we approach a unity that is resistant to the chaos, antagonisms and self righteous patterns that enable totalitarianism.

Dirck, thank you for a thoughtful comment, as usual! You know, I think it is good to have confidence in your thought-through opinions (while also having an open mind in case facts present themselves to the contrary). But yeah other people usually react to own internal reasons, and you could be a million times right objectively, it helps very little as far as convincing mechanisms. People come to terms with things based on internals, and for that reason, dancing with them, with love--assuming they want to do it--seems like the most effective way. I do leave the rest to the universe usually, we don't own other people! And fear is not a good motivator.

Thank you so much for presenting this interview. It’s very reassuring for this jaded NYU grad (Class of ‘86) to hear some rational thought and discourse regarding these scary times when sanity, common sense and objectivity seem to have become outmoded - especially in our schools and universities where critical thinking skills should always be encouraged and nurtured.

There’s also a warmth and sincerity to your exchange that gives me hope for the future.

Keep on doing what you’re doing! It’s much appreciated.

Thank you!! Mark is a friend of many years whom I admire for his integrity and courage. Another thing that Mark does all the time that is rare nowadays is presenting other people's fact-based views or opinions that contradict the opinion or view that hen just sent out in his newsletter. It's a real open conversation, completely respectful of honest disagreement! He does the same thing in class. I have visited his class, and it was so welcoming and true to the spirit of intellectual honesty! Any student who has Mark as a professor is so lucky.

A must watch for the doped up far left on do goodery. It covers it all and only the most fearful and controlled would reject what he is saying.

It is the heart of US policy, Ladies and Gentlemen, to use fascism to preserve capitalism while claiming to be saving democracy from communism. ~ Michael Parenti, political scientist

I'd rather have questions that can't be answered than answers that can't be questioned. ~ Richard Feynman, physicist

The "technocrauts" have been trying to foist their junk economics (neoliberalism), junk education (Common Core), junk energy tech (5G), junk agriculture (GMOs), junk foreign policy and junk Rockefeller for-profit medicine on us, but MANY are too aware at this point to buy any of it. None of it is working anymore. A new day is dawning when we create a system that relies on logic, not profit motive; one that actually supports human life and our delicate ecosystem.

"There are people on this planet that are not satisfied to merely live their lives, take care of their families and make their mark peacefully. They crave power over all else. They desperately want control over you, over me, over everything, and they will use any means at their disposal to get it. I would compare it to a kind of drug addiction; globalists are like crack addicts, they can never get enough power, there is always something more to take.

They tell themselves and others that they are “philanthropists”, that “they know what is best” for the rest of us. They believe themselves superior and therefore it is their “destiny” to dictate and micro-manage society for the “greater good” of us all. But really, when we witness their methods it becomes clear that they have no noble aspirations. They have no empathy or honor. They don’t care about the average human being, or the environment, or the economy or society in general. They only care about themselves and their delusions of grandeur. These people are a cancer on the rest of civilization.

They seem to be particularly obsessed with deconstructing and sabotaging America in the pursuit of their global Reset. Real philanthropists would not have a problem if someone didn’t want to accept their “charity”, but psychopaths cannot abide a group of people rejecting them and their ideology. You are not allowed to walk away from them. You are not allowed to do things your own way. You must be forced to comply. The agenda only works if EVERYONE submits.

Unfortunately for the globalists, the Reset is not working out for them everywhere. In the US, the agenda is failing miserably compared to Asia and parts of Europe."

The more "crisitunities" they create, the more they expose themselves.

Of all the terrible things that have been done in the last year to humanity, the attempt at total dehumanisation is perhaps the worst. Bravo for interviewing in person.

You two have been keeping me sane, or as sane as possible, given the shitstorm we're in. So bravissimo that you're together! Brilliant, thank you both.
