Super-Squeezed
Welcome to the traditional hamster wheel transforming into the novel Great Reset.
This story is about the syndrome of our times—being super-squeezed—and the civilizational and individual consequences of violating our biological clock. It is also about what happens when we collectively abandon the “claim” to our intimate spiritual space where we stretch and grow our souls at our internal pace. I started typing, and the story got too long—so I am splitting it in several parts, and this is Part 1.
Mechanical clock = a combo of convenience and self-abuse
There is a philosophical point that I have been trying to understand ever since I was a kid. I am mesmerized with the mystery of long-term trajectories of the collective psyche and with the grand arcs of individual human lives—what leads to what, how small subjective choices have the power to change things dramatically over time, and so on. It is really interesting, and so I have been thinking extensively about the civilizational milestone from centuries ago that kept evolving and evolving and eventually gave us the industrial revolution and, in 2020, the wretched Great Reset. I am talking about the shift from living by the biological / astronomical clock to living by the “outside,” technological clock. The implications for what we consider “normal” were big!
Fascinatingly, the adoption of “externally driven” time is in itself a story of gradual seduction since the first time-measuring devices in different cultures served (from what we know) to make observation of the natural laws and habits easier, not to dominate them. But as the time went by, the devices became the dominant force. The mechanical clock was invented (see here and here), then the conveyor—and here we are, dealing with Klaus Schwab and the transhumanists’ obsessive desire to “count” every living being under the Sun, and do God knows what.
In 2019, I wrote “The Speedup,” a tale of how we, human beings, handle being put on a conveyor belt, forced to move at a pace that is faster than our natural, enjoyable pace. In the industrial age scenario, the price for speeding our bodies up is “outsourced” to the lower class—but civilizationally, inevitably, everybody pays that price.
It is not unreasonable to assume that the shift from the senses-based, biological “clock” to the mechanical clock might have been the trigger that set in motion a centuries-long gradual decline of our sensory development and our relationship with the natural world. (The ideas, the isms, and the so called “trends” are the “cart”; the state of our senses is the “horse.”)
It is a matter of spiritual physics. The more we rely on the external things (the mechanical time, the domineering experts, the peer pressure, and so on), the less we rely on the internal things. Sharp senses help us stay tuned to the real reality; under-developed senses are a trampoline to being easily confused or deceived. And so, by denying ourselves the foundational right to honoring our inner time and our soul space we set ourselves up for floating toward a somewhat neurotic, synthetic existence in a synthetic world.
And once we are in the synthetic world as the only world we know—submerged in synthetic ideas about synthetic things, shined upon by the light of the satellites in the sky instead of the light of the stars—we find ourselves with a whole basket of new, acute and dull, individual challenges to face. And so we spend our lives figuring out how to reconcile the healthy-paced world that our heart knows—and the other, external world, in which we are perpetually squeezed.
Super-squeezed
Imagine what it feels like to be super-squeezed and about to blow up if just one thing is added to the processing workload of our senses and brain.
Imagine being super-squeezed so much that you simply cannot take another ounce of any information, sensory stimulation, or interaction that requires emotional “work.”
Imagine being on edge.
Imagine being in this state in a physical way. Your brain, your body electricity, your cellular processes—you are running at your limit or beyond, your entire being is super-squeezed so much that it feels like there is no additional processing capacity left. None. One tiniest disturbance—and you will, no really, you will blow up.
And now imagine a world in which a lot of people feel like this a lot of the time.
It is with great sadness that I say this but—welcome to our ever-speeding civilization and our “new normal” world.
(On a side note, to which we will get in a minute in detail, I suspect that the whole “quiet quitting” trend, the drop in tolerance and critical thinking, the degradation of intellectual and professional standards are a clumsy “subconscious riot” against being super-squeezed.)
And yes, I believe that a lot of things in our world today are screwed up due to the fact that a very long time ago, we collectively chose to replace the biological clock—that we don’t own—with the mechanical clock—that we kind of own, but there is a price to pay.
Aaaaaand … now what?
Before we go into COVID fearmongering, political correctness, and more philosophy galore, I want to present my understanding of “what now.”
In the past couple of years, I’ve been super-squeezed so much that I screamed many times. At the top of my lungs. It was not just COVID and “new normal,” it was many things. And one thing I learned in the process—to my pleasant surprise—that when you think you really can’t take it but you keep pushing with a total focus on good things and love—you grow your soul. And then life fixes things, and the discomfort goes away. And then there is a whole new you, and you don’t even know how you got there—it’s just there.
Very rarely do people want to hear about things like humility, patience, spiritual discipline, confronting your ghosts (and your parent’s ghosts—not your parents, their ghosts), and so on. People often find the talk about spiritual discipline boring or “preachy” as it does not necessarily help them dominate. Our society is centered around domination as a goal and a measure of all things, and many of us just want to be “right,” morally and intellectually superior, and be at the top of the hill. That is unfortunately a fact. But I don’t think that there is an easy (or ego-friendly) way out of the supersqueeze. Soul-friendly, yes, ego-friendly, no. There is a strong and almost universally shared human inclination to try to preserve one’s ghosts as long as one can while trying to also preserve one’s familiar state—but in order for the supersqueeze to end, the ghosts have to fall off. There is a way out of the supersqueeze—yes, there is a way, but it is not an easy way.
And yes, the world is extremely complex, mysteriously so. There are facts, and truth, and patience, and all sorts of motivations, and a million ancient ghosts eating people alive. But above all, there is love. And love is the fabric of which the universe is made. It’s from here to horizon. It heals all if we let it and keep at it until it does. It is true.
That is the only solution that I know. Love.
Military supersqueeze
It is well-known in the fear-based marketing field that stressing people out just in the right way helps “disable” the target’s logical resistance to the sale—and hence, helps “close the sale.”
I have found it out first hand one day many years ago when I got on a webinar with a fear-based marketing guru of the day, Frank Kern. I despised it. I was curious to hear how it works but I didn’t like it one bit. I was sure I was not going to buy the thing. Well, he stressed me out so much that I bought the thing. I snapped out of trance one second after giving my credit card—I asked myself, WTF, and I returned the thing and got my money back—but I learned that fear-based marketing worked really well, and that no one was “too smart” to fall for it. (I have since learned the protections don’t come from the intellectual realm, they come from the realm of the heart. And in fact, being educated in the modern sense makes you more vulnerable to tricks of this sort.)
Which is why, in the early COVID days, Blackrock and friends did a three-punch (a hundred-punch, really) attack. While the media arm of BlackRock and friends thoroughly “jammed the channels” with 24/7 fear porn—their “hospital administration influencer” arm enforced the protocols and the ideological thinking that saved zero lives and actually took many lives away—thus making the “COVID pandemic” far more terrifying than the one they tried to pull off in 2009—and their pharmaceutical arm made bank from the forced “mass product adoption” of a rather shady product, which was greatly assisted by the fact that all the channels designed for processing “negative” stimulation were so thoroughly jammed by the 24/7 fear porn and, in some places, sadly, by many unnecessary deaths (I am in New York, and the deaths were real) that the “receptor” to process the warnings about the “COVID response” or the COVID “vaccines” was not free to do its job. It was jammed. Jammed over jammed over jammed. And so a lot of people screamed: “The mask and the vaccine are the ways out of this supersqueeze, the supersqueeze I cannot take. I don’t want to hear any one negative thing about it, I cannot take the supersqueeze, so just give me the mask and the the vaccine. Now. NOW. And shut uuuuuuuup!!!”
Shame on the fearmongers who purposely jammed the channels. Shame on them.
And by the way, I mentioned the previous attempt to pull off a lucrative pandemic scare, here is a good video about that.
And this. Watch it at 13 mins in.
For a second, I want to talk again about the “media arm.” Have you noticed how every time they talked about "the horrors of COVID,” they talked about it in a dramatic tone and presented it as a super helplessness event that was out of control (Boo!!!! Boo!!!!)—but every time they talked about the injections, they used the classic “business as usual,” “solutions” tone? That is also a marketing trick, alas. A marketing trick that works phenomenally well. And please keep in mind that there are very few things that an average person in the “developed” world fears more than losing control.
I believe that without that three-punch attack, many people would have quickly snapped out of the initial trance and gone with their own eyes and their own gut over pharmaceutical reps. By 2020, people knew about Big Tobacco. People knew about sugar vs. fat. People knew about asbestos, Teflon, and DDT. People knew about Pfizer having paid out the largest healthcare settlement for fraud. People knew. But they were exemplarily gaslit and super-squeezed!!! And it worked.
Shame on the fearmongers. Shame on them.
Cellular-level supersqueeze
Another thing to ponder is the micro-level attack on our bodies and minds (even without going too far into the creepy tech). It is my suspicion that a lot of the hysterical and abusive “ideological” trends of today are owed at least in part to the cellular-level supersqueeze.
There is certainly no lack of the “regular” supersqueeze at all: our busy schedules, being bombarded 24/7 with significantly more information than what the brain can possibly process; being “connected”—more like glued—to our digital devices, also 24/7; the tricky ads; the militaristic propaganda campaigns, and so on.
But there is more than that.
We are also being directly poisoned by a million things, from glyphosate and other environmental toxins to hidden sugars to insane electromagnetic pollution to the artifacts of synthetic biology to the geoengineering technologies to aluminum in “regular” vaccines to the rather abysmal COVID jabs.
Our body cells, who are living their own lives and doing their own important work, are also under duress. They are bombarded with the kind of negative stimulation that we don’t see with our eyes but they perceive very well, and so they need to spend a whole lot of time to deflect the novel attacks instead of just doing their work.
And sometimes I wonder, what if those self-righteous hysterical western kids of rich parents on a “cancel” spree are acting this way because on a cellular level, they are super-squeezed?
Yes, they are also lied to and propagandized upon by the unscrupulous adults, including the unscrupulous adults at the alphabets—what a can of worms—but also trapped in a cellular-level “arrested development” state, with zero sensory knowledge about any other way to be?
Something to ponder. I don’t know what it will look like when those “arrested development” kids come of age and start ruling over today’s adults. It may get much crazier than now. We shall see!!
It’s all in the senses, baby
It is my belief that our reactions, ideas, and behaviors are largely a continuation of our sensory state. When the sensory state is in balance—we are in our element, sharp and alert, and we trust our gut. When the sensory state is out of balance, we are more vulnerable to the influence of the tricksters, and we may have a harder time distinguishing the real reality from the synthetic reality cast upon us from the outside (by the people with good intentions or not so good intentions—a synthetic reality none the less).
Therefore, in order to bring a wacky situation to harmony, the most effective method is to—if possible—work toward the healing of the sensory state of all the people involved. Not necessarily scream about the best and the worst talking points du jour—but heal ourselves—and get to work, with total love and respect for ourselves and total—total!!!—faith in the universe. There is no fear in the house of love. There cannot be..
If this succeeds, soon or after a thousand years of hard work by countless self-respecting warriors of love—cheesy words, forgive me, but you know what I mean—it will result in a lot of free people remembering how to do their respective thing, from the heart. Which is pretty cool.
Of course, the existence of a lot of free people doing their respective thing from the heart is an abomination from the perspective of the supersqueezers in charge. But that is why we should never make energy resonant to them, and to accomplish that, we need to choose love over fear every time. And do our thing from the heart.
We don’t want any more of the supersqueeze.
(I mourn the fact that Steve Cutts went with the mainstream post-2020—I think, if I am wrong please let me know—but I still like his “Happiness” cartoon, it’s a great cartoon.)
To be continued in Part 2…

I love this article SO much! I've been thinking along the same lines in so many ways...I think a lot about the work of Chris Wark of "Chris Beat Cancer" (who survived late-stage colon cancer decades ago using natural methods). He named his website "Chris Beat Cancer" but has explained that he would name it "Chris Heals Cancer" if he could start over with the name, because he overhauled his perspective and habits, and took healing, loving steps (self-love and love toward others), rather than hostile/aggressive steps...Cancer was his enemy at one point, and we are surely facing an enemy in the globalist/transhumanist critters, but I think that most of us were leading OURSELVES into slavery with the technology anyway, even before the globalists recently stepped things up. I think we MUST unwind ourselves from super-squeezed lifestyle (as you accurately call it) and from voluntarily submitting to the repetitive, hypnotizing material on-line, as a first step...I recently moved from a townhome with no yard in the city to a house in the country with nearly an acre, and I already feel somewhat transformed just having some connection to nature again...I can't say strongly enough how much I appreciate your work!
Thanks Tessa. Running the assembly line a little faster than can be managed without stress is a primary management technique to extract value, and the other is "intermediation", adding layers of rules and compliance work to the flow of societal wealth creation.
We are in a late stage of intermediation, so the workers who create wealth are stressed, and many are opting out in any way they might be able to find. There are layers of managers and compliance officers, who are stressed, because they must find ways to "increase productivity" and reduce errors", while "increasing profitability" and always "complying with all pertinent regulations and procedures".
What I find, working my vegetable gardens year-round, is that the time urgencies of having a lot of tomatoes and peppers to make into Christmas-present-salsa are very different from the relentless pressures in a clock and documentation driven work setting. Planting seeds, pulling and pulling and pulling weeds for hours, before it rains, in the right timing of life and the seasons feels normal. There is urgency, sometimes it persists for days or weeks, but not at night. Sleep is good when you are living a normal human life.
How can one live a normal human life without being homeless? Nobody wants that, but it is the threat which looms ever more menacingly these days. Your path into love and humanity does not have a one-size-fits-all action-plan, except to love and act compassionately. I seek divine guidance. My own internal emotional blocks are my teachers.
Sometimes I feel a fear or desperation which does not seem to arise from my own life, and I practice compassion meditation. Our souls call out to each other sometimes. We should meditate compassionately, because to give is also to receive in this way.
