Wow! This is such great research, Tessa. Thank you.

And it brings back my childhood memories of the big push for tonsillectomies. My best friend had his removed, as did many (most?) of my school mates in elementary school. I didn't, as my parents were skeptical of procedures to *prevent* disease and often turned to alternative herbalist and the like to help recover from *actual* sickness.

And there was the waffling of what that danger of tonsillectomy *really* means! OMG, the exact same MSM dismissal:

"This should not be interpreted to mean, however, that tonsil operations are likely to lead to polio when there is no epidemic, or that those without tonsils are more likely to contract the disease. All it means is that children of certain ages should not have a tonsillectomy performed on them curing the period of the epidemic."

The turtles are expanding. Amazing times.

I always wondered why these were taken out so much. Why God created us with them only to be taken out? Same thing with the appendix and wisdom teeth.

My t/a were taken out 3 1/2 because they were heavily stuffed and I think infected and I couldn’t hear. When the pediatrician told my parents to get my ears checked bc I seemed to not hear well and other tests came out fine. The ENT found out I was hearing like I had headphones on.

So the surgeon removed the gunk and the t/a and then they put tubes in my ears. I received ear infections a lot. Idk if it was bc the t/a out...

I swam a lot. The dr or someone told us to use a mix of alcohol and vinegar and that helped to dry up whatever was causing the ear pain.

Anyway, I am glad I can hear and from then I went on to go to a speech pathologist and two different speech schools before and during preschool to learn to speak and figure out the new sounds and language i could now hear.

Stress is a well established depressor of immune response, and surgery, being in a strange environment, pain, and fear, are all multiple serious stressors for small children. How could tonsillectomies NOT result in increased risk of serious infections? Plus, perhaps the hospital itself was a source of contageon.

Another question: how did they positively identify polio viruses in feces prior to PCR tests?

I was a child in the 60s, and my friends were all thrilled when they got their tonsils out, because ice cream.

Perhaps the ice cream, rather than being soothing to the surgically abused throat, was a propaganda move to make tonsillectomy more palatable.

But first, babies got the smallpox inoculation procedure on upper thigh or upper arm. They may not get the tetanus or whooping cough toxoids til later or never, but everyone had to get smallpox inoculation. THEN the tonsils got chronically overwhelmed and infected because of what that dose of mixed pus and contaminated calf serum and whatnot does to the lymphatic immune system, and THEN the doctors tell the mom the enlarged pus-laden tonsils (and often the adenoids too) have to come out. The infection defenses are way down after that. I bet that severe cases/ deaths from measles, whooping cough and chicken pox spike after tonsil removal too. It all starts with smallpox inoculation. Which doesn't even work to prevent smallpox, right?

holy cannoli! good work Tessa, and thanks! I had my tonsils out TWICE! once when I was very very young (maybe 3) and again when it was said my tonsils grew back (when I was about 10)! I was a kid, so it was my mother who believed in whatever the docs said was the right thing to do. I'm 72 and now have hyperthyroidism. naturally the allopathic docs treat thyroid issues with meds. the entire medical system needs to be dismantled and the reason is because it's so corrupted when natural cures were replaced by pills and injections.

Tessa... You know this, but posting anyway:

Life is a PTSD event I have discovered. Some of us are giftrd triple helpings it seems - but, without trauma and stress in life, one never escapes the Matrix. One never really experiences what it is to be Human.

You are a warrior and a survivor and are loved by many you will never even meet.

Despair not.

My husband just had his tonsils out this year when he was thought to have throat cancer. I was not. It was worse than that if possible.

After reading this article I pray he doesn't get more problems. He's 62.

What a horrid procedure for anyone to go through but at his age it was even more horrendous. The recovery time quadrupled and the pain he endured after the surgery made me cry for him often.

food for thought: we have an immune *system* -- it is not just dependent on one organ or another. My experience in having my tonsils removed in my early 20s was that for a year and a half I felt weaker and more susceptible, but then it felt like the remaining parts of my immune system kicked in and compensated or filled in the blanks for the missing tonsils. I regained the feeling of robustness.

I'm quite a bit older now, and I am one of the healthiest people I know. I rarely get sick. If I do get sick, it's mild. I have no chronic illness conditions whatsoever. I obviously have a functioning immune system.

Tessa I hope this does not happen to you. I sent you a bit of spare change, while it is still possible. Thank you for this excellent piece about polio, it is just right for sending to my normie friends!

Dr Mercola :

July 13, 2023, JP Morgan Chase Bank informed me they are closing all of my business accounts, along with the personal accounts of my CEO, my CFO and their respective spouses and children

My CEO was informed his young children also will never be allowed to bank with Chase in the future

No reason for the decision was given, other than there was "unexpected activity" on an unspecified account

This is what the new social credit system looks like, and what every soul on the planet can expect from the central bank digital currencies (CBDCs) that are being rolled out. Go against the prevailing narrative of the day, and your financial life will be deleted

It's difficult enough trying to navigate this hurdle today. Once everything is digitized, cash eradicated and the social credit system completely integrated and automated, this kind of retaliatory action for wrongthink could be a death sentence for some people

And I still have to make myself talk slower...

In college, I agreed to SLD testing and found out I had two. I think this stemmed from not hearing well at that time. I was grateful and am grateful for the tests to help me explain why I struggled and still struggle.

Because of my struggles early on and still, has caused me to want to help others like me and to work students with various intellectual abilities and specifically speech and sld needs since. I understand them. My heart is for them.

Abigail ~ your last comment explains precisely why I believe God allows bad things to happen to good people!

“Because of my struggles early on and still, has caused me to want to help others like me and to work students with various intellectual abilities and specifically speech and sld needs since. I understand them. My heart is for them.”

I used to question “why me?” after being diagnosed with MS, the same illness my Mom died with when I was fifteen. I believe it is God’s will (not ours) that though difficult to maneuver in this life with a dis-ease, we are more than blessed when we realize and understand that the hurdles and walls we come up against are there to challenge us and change us into the person He has desired for us to become. When we can provide empathy and genuine care and concern “for the least of these”, our hearts and minds expand to allow His love to shine in and through us, and the closer we grow to Him, we fulfill His hearts desire as we continue to learn to become “fishers of men”.

“The King will reply, ‘Truly I tell you, whatever you did for one of the least of these brothers and sisters of mine, you did for me.”

Matthew 25:40

"Follow me, and I will make you fishers of men." Mark 1:17

May God continue to bless you and your loved ones as you strive to live out your life providing guidance, respect, support and encouragement to those whom He loves! ❤️

I had constant bouts with tonsillitis as a small child. I lost most of the hearing in my right ear as well as a good portion in my left.

I had a tonsillectomy.

Had major problems concentrating in school. I repeated grade 7, and in grade 8 they got tired of me and just transferred me to grade 9 ( high school in Canada). I quit high school in that year with an early school leave my mother agreed to instead of trying to figure out what was wrong.

I put most that grief and misery of attending school down to hearing loss after reading your comments. ❤️

I’m sorry. I wish I understood more of what all the effects of that were then but I probably wasn’t mature enough or ready to handle what it was.

What was explained and that I did indeed have a sld justified, made the connections to why I wasn’t comprehending more.

They didn’t want me to be in special classes because they didn’t want me to be labeled.

Now trying again to understand from the report then what i still struggle with.

I wasn't old enough to say no (puts me in mind of gender "reassignment" surgery on youth in today's sick world) and my tonsils and adenoids were removed at the "recommendation" of a doctor when I was 14. I didn't end up with polio, but I ended up trading a sore throat a few times a year for a lifetime of sinus and throat issues that I didn't have when I had the parts of my body that I was born with firmly attached. Are there times when a part of the body should be removed for health reasons? Possibly. But if they wouldn't have been so quick to chop out parts of my body from the research I've done, I most likely would have outgrown the typical sore throat and swollen tonsils I dealt with in my youth and would still have a very important part of my expertly designed immune system intact (tonsils and adenoids are one of the first lines of defense against irritants).

Thank You, Sister Tessa.

In the 1960s my siblings and I were often the only kids on the block with tonsils, thanks to my Grandmother's advice, and Dr. Pottinger's advice.

"But I had my appendix out", I would offer, and pull up my shirt to show my scar.

Kids got to eat ice cream after they had their tonsils out.

Sounds like we're about the same age, and the ice cream was a big attractant. In those days, before the ubiquity of junk food, it was a real treat. Everybody was excited to get their tonsils out because of the ice cream. Very successful propaganda.

Suffice it to say idk if the drs could have just drained the stuff and left my t/a in. Have had sinus issues since. Up and down. My dad also had his taken out when he was young. We are both the second to the last children in the family. He also has sinus issues. He’s a lung cancer/melanoma survivor. He had his one lung removed in 2019 that has melanoma in it.

I'm sharing this... Great article... I love this :

"When the experts tell us that any medical procedure is safe, they typically don’t understand the entire picture even when they mean well. It takes decades to connect the dots and calculate the relationships that at the time of the sales pitch the scientists aren’t aware of."

I'm using this to send to a few friends still stuck in the narrative.
