I think the most fruitful course of action is to ask the Biden administration lawyers the following question:

“Would it be lawful for the Commander-in-Chief (C-i-C) to order the DMED database to be falsified?”

It may seem counterintuitive, but the C-i-C could claim that he had not other choice in a perilous time (Russia-Ukraine, China-Taiwan, etc.) but to order that the data be altered to avoid exposing a broadbased weakness in the US military. If vax injuries were disclosed, then US adversaries might be able to exploit that weakness.

This question needs to be asked by:

1. Attorneys for the Navy Seals, especially if their case goes to the Supreme Court. I would love to hear Clarence Thomas ask the question because it could NOT be ignored.

2. Congress. Rep. Massie or Sen. Johnson, Sen. Paul, etc.

It is a fair question, and I want to hear Administration lawyers answer it.

1. If they respond “yes, the C-i-C does have that broad authority, and such an order would be lawful,” then there is no reason to believe the data. And the implication is that the data was likely falsified.

2. If they respond, “No, such an order would not be lawful,” that would hang any hogh-ranking officer who issued such an order. I suspect that would bring out whistleblowers in force.

3. If they decline to answer or say “it depends…” then I think the popular sentiment would revert to “yes.” Meanwhile, whistleblowers on the fence might be encouraged to come forward.

So it would be a tricky question. Each answer provided a benefit. It is just of matter of asking…

"Bizarrely, the only bucket that does not show an increase is Bell’s Palsy, which contradicts the data from the rest of the world."

There are some other categories that show no increase. There are so many types of injury and illness and codes for them. There are literally codes as specific as skateboarding accidents. But it would take forever to examine every one of them.

The Bell's Palsy example was just interesting because we have certainly seen data suggesting 2021 should stand out as a year of elevated incidence. That it does not in the most recent DMED data is quite suspicious.

This is amazing work — thanks to Mathew for an incredible slog and to Tessa for the interview. I need to watch it again, but from a clinical standpoint I agree the failure to see some spike in Bell’s Palsy incidence in the military data in 2021 would seem to betray a determined effort to hide something. Bell’s palsy is not a difficult diagnosis to make.

Interesting without a doubt! And thank you for the clarification, makes total sense! I'll update the bullet points so that the part of the interview where we talk about it is more clear.

Just watched your interview. Matthew's suspicion of the server migration being used as a technique to 'wipe the fingerprints off of the fraud' is where I would bet my money.

At the very least, there is logic to it! :)

You don't have to be an attorney to make a FOIA request, you can send one on your own. They're pretty simple and there are templates available online.

It is true. But it can have a lot more legs if a group of influential attorneys go after it and make use of this data.

I think he's probably right. My only quibble is that his faith in the absolute efficiency of the military (and not everyone, by far, who works in/on DMED is in uniform, anyway) is touching, but not always entirely correct.

Fewer things more dangerous than a government that lies to its citizens. Who's surprised, at this point? Also, one thing we have learned with certainty is that no government or government official has the citizens's best interest at heart. Not a single one, globally.

Yep. And strangely, it boils down to broken emotions, the lack of responsibility and love, as if everything is just a video game. Because being a real leader is difficult and laborious, it's a lot of work and a big burden. So they resort to domineering.

Yes. I was a Marine for 35 years. I've seen what real leadership is (and isn't) We don't have leaders in positions of power; we have puppets who do what they're told for the promise of wealth and power. It takes a long while for so many of these scum to finally rise to the surface, to the point where they crowd out any potential leaders (who recoil at what it takes to be successful, so they opt to do something else). We're there, now, and only a wholesale skimming of the surface to rid us of all of them could potentially save us, but that won't happen. We're on our own.

Even if some true leaders stayed, they were likely on the wrong end of the promotion/selection process. Meanwhile, we've had the following Presidents selecting the most senior General/Flag Officers since 1988: GHW Bush, Clinton x 2, GW Bush x 2, Obama x 2, a little interlude with Trump, and now Biden. We're in a very deep hole ("deep kimchi," as we used to say in the Army). We see the effects in good men, men who take the oath seriously and adhere to their service values, leaving not long before retirement - AF Lt Col Matthew Lohmeier, author of Irresistible Revolution, and Marine Lt Col Stuart Scheller, critic of the Afghanistan withdrawal debacle. They're not alone, I'm sure, but are the most prominent ones about whom I know.

FWIW, I retired from the Marines in 2008. Watching things from the sidelines, I simply cannot imagine how things now are in the military services. They can't be good. Frankly, when I see some of the things that are happening, I reflect on my fortune to no longer be on active duty. I don't know how these people function day to day.

Also, FWIW, my experience tells me that the real politicking didn't start until the grade of colonel. Most Marines below colonel were focused on missions, not on politics. I don't know if that still is true, but we had the luxury of leaving the politics to those most concerned with career advancement, and were able to focus on the missions staring us in the face. Goodness knows if that still is possible in the era of mandatory shots and sensitivity training.

This all leads to one end point: the deliberate destruction of our military by a mandated "experimental "poison.

It's a massive murder attempt, from within.

Treason doesn't completely cover it, but it's a start.

Thank You, Tessa and Mathew. This forensic analysis is very good for clarification, since the waters were muddied last summer to cover the perfidy, to create an alibi, if not examined more closely.

I think the overall context is that of a terminally corrupted imperial financial and military system.

"unknown whether the additional layer of corruption was added by accident, or whether it was added to create confusion. "

Added on purpose and the "accident" part is the same old "incompetence" excuse they wore out decades ago.

How come every single flippin' "accident" or "error" always points the same damn way?

Kinda like the bank, I never "get" extra money!
