Healthy Technology Act of 2021: A Bill to Introduce AI Doctors

What if replacing human workers with patented AI is a genuine business goal?

This story is a collection of recent news that caught my eye.

#1. Healthy Technology Act of 2021

This newly introduced bill is stunning. It suggests that artificial intelligence and machine learning could qualify as medical doctors in the legal sense of it.

HR5457 was introduced by David Schweikert (R-Ariz.).

Quote:

“To amend the Federal Food, Drug, and Cosmetic Act to clarify that artificial intelligence and machine learning technologies can qualify as a practitioner eligible to prescribe drugs if authorized by the State involved and approved, cleared, or authorized by the Food and Drug Administration, and for other purposes.”

Translation from Orwellian to English:

If this bill passes, AI will prescribe your drugs and—since the language of the bill includes unspecified “other purposes,” perhaps AI will also vote on panels deciding what v-nes or therapies should be recommended or mandated?

And if it doesn’t pass, it paves the way to the idea that robots are legally “human”—the idea that is nonsensical but extremely convenient from the standpoint of the transhumanist reform.

After all, if AI prescribes a drug that harms a patient, whom does the patient sue?

And wouldn’t it be sweet to eliminate all those disagreeable and expensive doctors in favor of patented propriatery algorithms? If you are Big Pharma or Big Biotech, you don’t need to wine and dine an algorithm to influence it—all you have to do it program it in a particular way…

On a side note, what happens if AI “doctors” get hacked (see “Ransomware Attack on Israeli Medical Center Raises Alarm”)? After all, a “cyberpandemic with coronavirus properties” is what Klaus Schwab has been promising to us…

#2 A very educational read by Jordan Schachtel about the revolving door in the pharma industry.

#3.

This is a rather comprehensive overview of oddities and irregularities in the “pandemic” narrative and methodologies, by James Lyons-Weiler. Highly recommend.
