Heads Up: Today's Friday call is about how to face our trauma bravely, and how to start healing ourselves with love
Lots of us carry emotions on the inside that we don't need, don't want, and don't see. Those emotions are impacting our lives. All of us deserve to be seen with love. See you today at 2pm EST!
Thank you all who joined my presentation on toxo last week! I think it was a great call!
Many people asked me about the recording of the presentation. I don’t record Friday paid subscriber calls to preserve the old normal when we all talked to each other just to talk, learn, and not perform for the camera. The camera performance mode sometimes changes how we talk, it happens almost subconsciously even to the best of us, and I want none of that. I want to talk to real people, in real time, enjoy the exchange, and look forward to a new real time conversation every week. :)
That said, because I got so many questions about last week’s call, I may create a presentation, I am thinking about it now. Also, I have a whole page with resources about parasites etc., if you want information about toxo you can search for “toxo” on the page.
Today's Friday call for paid subscribers is about trauma, and how we can help each other heal in an effective way. I have a feeling may turn into a series of Friday calls about healing trauma since this is such a vast topic, and there are so many ways to approach healing. The link to the Zoom is in the paid subscriber chat.
Thank you, and please remember that you are loved.
This is my grandfather. He grew the best tomatoes, apples, and berries in the world. As a kid, I took it for granted, now I know how hard he worked, and what it takes to maintain a garden. I miss him very much.
A note to readers: If you are in the position to do so, I very much encourage you to become a paid subscriber or donate. I love you in any case, but it helps A LOT, and I am in a dire need to get more donations and paid subscribers while keeping my posts free. Thank you from my heart for your support!
What an absolutely gorgeous man. My instincts tell me he was very compassionate, and a man of great depth. Well, the apple doesn’t fall far from the tree, does it?
Excellent work
