Money talks. In his case, the idea of no money talked him into deletingc it.

Coercion. But hmm isn't that against human rights or first amendment rights?

How is it ok that an employer threaten your job based on your opinions on your own, not at work?

Perhaps everyone that becomes a university president signs a contract that they can be fired for political views that clash with the university?

In that case, it seems like being in that position makes you a puppet.

And yeah, university president? That's a cushy bullshit job, like CEO or CTO etc

I just quit a college job of 29 years in August 2021... It's exactly like a polished CEO making $200,000 a year. There is such a hierarchy in higher education. College presidents are really polished and are like the popular kid in high school.

They probably will be doing him a favor if they give him the boot. Imagine going to a job for years that requires you compromise your principles for money.

He probably stood a chance of losing his job, lol because of seance. Universitues are not about science anymore but sceance and bullying to protect being bribed for funding
