When devising compensation plans for sales divisions, the primary objective is to align the plan with the company's interests. THE PAY PLAN DEFINES THE BEHAVIOR. We always found a way around the intent to line our own pockets even if that meant the behavior was adverse to company goals and objectives. Don't blame me. The plan incentivized me to pull that trick and revenue under one product number for 6 months, then move it to another product number for the remainder of the 48-month contract. Customers complied with the shenanigans because they were offered something in return for looking the other way during the 6-month window.
How that relates to covid. Everything about covid was planned ahead of time. The pay plans in the CARES Act and others were intentionally devised to solicit data fraud for payouts. EVERYTHING. In this case, it is a crime of solicitation of fraud, which, if felony fraud that is inherently dangerous, then could lead to conviction for felony murder. And there's plenty of that. Remdesivir is a prime example. Everyone must know by now that it's a killer. Every doctor must see all their ARF deaths en masse. But they keep prescribing it because the hospital administration was solicited and then coerced and threatened doctors to comply else lose their license and hospital privileges. Some are just inane and can't see it, but I bet most see it and do it anyway.
The pay plan defines the behavior. Take the CARES Act $9K in funeral expenses and shut up about your dead relative (daughter, son, father, sister).
Children's Hospital got a big bonus for killing Ian 11yo with a ventilator in his last hours. Didn't matter anyway due to all the clots in his heart, found when they tried to donate it. But the hospital got paid. That's what's important.
Brianna 30yo had "covid" on her death certificate because ... the pay plan defines the behavior. Everyone got paid even though she was asymptomatic with a positive covid test 4.5 months earlier, but she reacted within hours from the vaccine and brain dead in a few days from massive infarct in her brain. STROKE in a 30yo. The pay plan defines the behavior. "covid" is the root cause on her death certificate.
