I’ve been telling all those I know about this for the last 18 months but it all falls on deaf ears now. But, when I come to think of it, quite a few people I know did not jab and some stopped at shot 1. Of course there are those MSM addicts who get their dose of rationalization in their convenient “To Go with me Everywhere” tracking devices that they check every MINUTE. They are goners and I’ve stopped wasting my time on them. But with some of them it’s worth persisting. I am just amazed at how easily people are manipulated, WHAT makes them that way?

How so? If the unjabbed are asked to test, then more would test, and given the high degree of false positives, they would have an elevated positivity rate comparing to other groups, no?
(Also I think the testing requirements vary depending on the place; some now treat tje double-jabbed as the unjabbed in terms of testing).
I know what you are saying but I think we can't assume any of the variables here, and we are back to what I was saying.
1. If false positives are indeed at 90%+, then the more you test, the more positive "cases," regardless of symptoms, really. Asymptomatic would get a false positive just as easily as symptomatic. (The elephant in the room: there is perhaps no reliable diagnostics for this thing, except a conscientious doctor looking at the entire patient, etc.)
2. God knows the cycle thresholds. Hence, any resulting numbers are out of the window. Actually, all of them.
3. We cannot assume who is testing and why. We can apply your logic, or we can apply the opposite logic (if jabbed, then won't test for COVID assuming it's not COVID, or hospitals aren't testing the jabbed as vigorously, especially if they are in the hospital for another reason, etc.

1. Please look at the chart you posted. It is showing positivity *rate* which will not change based upon sample size. You are once again confusing case numbers with rate.
2. Cycle threshold is assumed to be the same for everyone or to vary not based on vax status at least, but in any case this is not relevant to this chart because if they were manipulating Ct to give unjabbed a higher positivity rate then this chart doesn't show that.
3. Your examples of "opposite" logic are not necessarily opposite. I believe you are correct that hospitals will tend to test the jabbed for flu instead of covid first. I have one story from a friend about that. But then if they come back negative for flu, that makes them more likely to have covid. So once again we have this same principle operating where those who test for covid are more likely to be positive if they were jabbed due to selection bias.

I think you are making a couple wobbly assumptions (and the wobbliness largely comes from the fact that we do NOT have any reliable data, really ("what's the meaning of positive PCR with an unknown cycle threshold?")
1. The cycle threshold is not fixed but kind of random --> all data out of the window, it's impossible to draw meaningful conclusions based on that criteria. There was a factor where the v-d were getting a lower cycle threshold for reporting purposes.
2. Is it really true that asymptomatic people are less likely to have a positive result? Given, again, the ratio of false positives, we cannot assert that.
3. Is it really true that the double-jabbed aren't subjected to the same testing rules as the unjabbed? Depends on the employer. Some employers are now making the double-jabbed test, etc.
4. And finally, we do not know the actual meaning of "positivity rate," now that I think of it. If we assume that it means "number of people in a particular group who tested positive relative to the number of people in this group," well, how do the measure the total number of people in any group? Hell, how to they measure vaccination status (as we know, very tricky... although by now it's likely that there are very few people who are getting the first dose)? Is it only Walgreens own data (perhaps)?

Being forced to test when asymptomatic will obviously reduce the positivity rate compared to those who are mostly testing due to symptoms.
