Disease is define by bureaucrats, that's why disease can be present without symptoms. Fail the bureaucracy's COVID test - you've got the disease. There are no alternatives that's the "science (bureaucracy)". You get "treated" for COVID. There is no cure. Fail the Alzheimer's test? Same same. Everybody has cancer cells in their body, right? Fail the cancer test? You get treated for cancer. There is no cure. Pass the test? You need to be tested again.

Those are the testable things, the answerable questions.
If you get enough good questions answered sufficiently clearly, the answers/results can reinforce each other in a way that allows you to construct a theory (gestalt? big picture view?) which explains how those individual answers are co-related.
