Oops... gene therapy misfired... who would have thunk
A tiny, insignificant glitch in safe and effective Pfizer vaccines ... hey look, puppy over there!
As you probably heard, a new Nature study is making rounds that talks about a tiny, insignificant error in the otherwise fantastic COVID vaccines that, according to the authors, in some cases led to a mistranslation of the genetic instructions and eliciting an immune response to totally random proteins.
In the oversimplified language of a five-year old, the plot of the study looks like this:
“So, we looked at some people who received the COVID vaccines (20 AZ and 21 Pfizer), and also vaccinated some mice with Pfizer. All vaccines were supposed to trick the cells into making spike protein and elicit a respective immune response. However, due to a small and most certainly insignificant glitch in the Pfizer vaccine, in about 30% of the human cases we looked at, the cells ended up producing an entirely different, random protein, and the vaccinated produced an immunity to that other protein. We could also see random proteins in mice. That is slightly unsettling but also, kinda interesting and cool—HOLY SCIENCE!—and because the COVID vaccines are sacred by nature, there is no problem there. No adverse events were reported. However, going forward, the holy vaccines are going to be even safer than they were before. Yay, what awesome vaccines they are!!’
Here is the plot in the language of the adults:
In vitro-transcribed (IVT) mRNAs are modalities that can combat human disease, exemplified by their use as vaccines for severe acute respiratory syndrome coronavirus 2 (SARS-CoV-2). IVT mRNAs are transfected into target cells, where they are translated into recombinant protein, and the biological activity or immunogenicity of the encoded protein exerts an intended therapeutic effect1,2. Modified ribonucleotides are commonly incorporated into therapeutic IVT mRNAs to decrease their innate immunogenicity3,4,5, but their effects on mRNA translation fidelity have not been fully explored. Here we demonstrate that incorporation of N1-methylpseudouridine into mRNA results in +1 ribosomal frameshifting in vitro and that cellular immunity in mice and humans to +1 frameshifted products from BNT162b2 vaccine mRNA translation occurs after vaccination. The +1 ribosome frameshifting observed is probably [← we don’t really know, do we?] a consequence of N1-methylpseudouridine-induced ribosome stalling during IVT mRNA translation, with frameshifting occurring at ribosome slippery sequences. However, we demonstrate that synonymous targeting of such slippery sequences provides an effective strategy to reduce the production of frameshifted products. Overall, these data increase our understanding [← after injecting more than half of the world’s population with various COVID vaccines, great timing] of how modified ribonucleotides affect the fidelity of mRNA translation, and although there are no adverse outcomes reported from mistranslation of mRNA-based SARS-CoV-2 vaccines in humans, these data highlight potential off-target effects [← lawyers must have reviewed the wording] for future mRNA-based therapeutics and demonstrate the requirement for sequence optimization.

A philosophical rant
Methinks, sometimes, a proverbial five-year-old child has more sense than all the learned men. That is probably because the learned men are blinded by hubris.
How arrogant is it to assume that the leaned men are so damn smart that they can genetically reprogram our cells to do unnatural things without triggering a million consequences that they have not thought through! That is true even when the intent of the learned men is good. Sadly, the learned men are usually held by the brains and the balls very tightly by their sponsors—while the sponsors, the movers and shakers of the industry, are motivated strictly by money, power and control.
If any of the pharma oligarchs were concerned about public health (ha, ha), they would give up the entire post-industrial-revolution business model that is based on bending natural laws and on using poisons and rape of nature to accomplish their goal—they would give it up and apologize for the harms caused—but they most certainly won’t do that. They will only give up that business model when the spirit of domination is completely starved of the energy that it needs to keep going—which will happen only when most of us stop feeding that ghost.
So again, the problem is philosophical. But of course, it expresses itself in a myriad practical ways, and this extremely destructive assumption that we are so damn smart that we can speed things up without negative consequences—or program our cells to do whatever we want—without “glitches”—is one of those practical ways.
The human body is extremely complex. We are a part of the mysterious whole—and not even the most ambitious mover and shaker can change that fact. They can bend the things in society—within a limited time and space—but that is all they can do.
We need to live in harmony with the rest of the biological and spiritual world, according the natural and spiritual laws, to have our well-being and health. There are quick cheats, yes, and they do work—like it would work if a person maxes out on his credits cards and lives like a king for a short while. But there is always a price for doing things out of order, there is always payback time.
And by the way, all those predators, including very successful predators, they all live on borrowed time. The timeline of the species is much more stretched out than the timeline of an individual life, so the rapists can spend centuries living like kings on metaphorical “maxed out credit cards”—stolen ones at that—but the will come day when they, too, will have to pay.
And this is not a thought of punishment of my part. This is a prayer for the balance to be restored. The balance need to be restored. It really needs to be restored. We’ve been ruled by the crazies for too long now. The balance needs to be restored.
