BREAKING: NYC Rescinds COVID Mandate for Private Employers
It's the election season for the loyal servants of BlackRock and the Fourth Industrial Revolution! We know what you did though. We remember.
So, this just happened.
And strangely, very strangely, neither the journalist nor seemingly the Mayor have heard of yesterday’s court decision to toss the mandate for NYC city workers. How is this possible? I am happy to change my mind if there are facts to the contrary or if I was quick to jump to conclusions about their silence— but this reporting doesn’t even hint at any knowledge of yesterday’s court decision, and while the journalist could very well be unaware (sad days for journalism, but we already know that), the Mayor probably is aware and is playing dumb for his authoritarian team of buddies.
Staying in effect, though, will be the vaccine mandate for tens of thousands of municipal workers, many of whom have expressed frustration they must comply with protocol no longer considered necessary outside the public domain.
Adams, who kept the private-sector mandate in place when he took office earlier this year despite protest, said in late September the private rule would end on Nov. 1. He insisted, though, that the city's workforce of more than 300,000 employees continue to lead by example and kept the municipal order in place. It's not clear when that might end.
UPDATE ON YESTERDAY’S COURT DECISION RE: CITY WORKERS:
The City has filed a Notice of Appeal, using our money of course:
Call to action: Vote all authoritarians out!!! I think avoiding isolation camps is something we can all agree on.
