Wanted to comment on your Mercola article. Great read, as usual! I don't want to become like that tomato either....Monsanto/Pharmacomafia...whoever- same actions. This time with the shots. It is them attempting to get us to pay for a substance to depend on- in order to have a worse/ defective immune system.... repeatedly.... And shorten and/or eliminate our lives simultaneously. We already have the best one sans shots! It's like they are saying: "Hey, give me what you already have and I will make you buy back a worse version- at a high cost to you- not just with money." (life, etc included).
I was also saddened to hear of the passing of Malidoma Some..I read his book "The Healing Wisdom of Africa, finding life purpose through nature, ritual, and community" a few years ago. it so resonated with me. Maybe he is helping from the other side now....

I have learned to not freak myself out without having absolute proof and not take anybody's word for anything, unless it's somebody who I personally know and fully connect to, and even then, be present in my own mind.
The frequency triggering in general is real, I believe, it is documented, in fact, there have been fully non-conspiratorial (as in, described in mainstream literature) examples of using a combination of frequency triggering and genetically modified viruses to alter bodily processes and some aspects of behavior.
However, the exact situation we are in is not fully understood by anyone (even the ones who believe they understand it thoroughly). What I do in my life is try to understand it as much as I can (or, in areas of lesser importance, as much as I am interested in the moment), try to protect myself as much as a I can (in earnest, putting in the work but watching out very carefully for not allowing myself to be afraid), and entrust the mystery to the higher, wiser powers of the universe. Usually, whenever there is a fucked up situation, there is an answer some time later!

Having stated that and attempting to stay neutral, I can't help but keep it in mind. I have a friend who took the first two jabs, not boosted. These notions keep me from getting any closer. I feel that everyone around him are Nazis (lots of woke folks, all jabbed up and boosted) and I am the proverbial Jew.
We are in a very ridiculous situation as a society. That part is obvious. But I also think that nature is full of medicines for us, it's just that the world is complex, and lots of things we can't see, and all we can do is keep loyal to our own soul, keep at it, and do everything with love. It took me many years to understand what it means, do everything with love. At first I thought okay, but what love when it hurts so much? And then slowly, slowly, through things I had to figure out, I felt what it means. And I know with certainty now that this is key to how to get out of crap. Doing everything with love and full trust in the universe, while not neglecting the duties of the soul and of life as well.
To be clear about what I said,, that the folks surrounding my friend, who is double boosted, are treating him as if he were antivax because he is associated with me and that he feels people should have a choice.
The more I contemplate that which the 'globalists' desire, the more I'm convinced they must have had the most awful childhoods and, if not physically abused, most certainly they were mentally abused, which in many instances causes more damage than the former. I've asked myself, what makes a person want to control everything? The only answer that keeps arising, if one believes children are born innocent (which I do) with an innate genetic structure that will determine how the individual reacts to life's inputs, is that conditions must have existed in the 'Control Freaks' infancy that triggered such an intense fear, hopelessness, impotency, defencelessness as to require an equally intense reaction in adult life to ensure they'd never experience such insecurity again. Unfortunately, it's been shown that if one doesn't deal with these insecurities via some kind of therapy, no amount of current 'security' will ever be enough, because unmet childhood needs still underlie and drive adult psychology. Not all children react the same way, some retire altogether from society, others become psycho/sociopaths of varying degree's. some, especially if desired by wealthy parents will be 'expected' to make an 'impression', 'get somewhere', 'achieve family goals', etc., as is the case within certain families believing in eugenics and population control. I base this later assumption on the track record of families such as the Rockefellers and Gates, amongst a few others, who have passed on their beliefs to the following generations, as a little delve into the history of the last 100 years shows us. Connect family 'Aspirations' to a damaged childhood, add to that a touch of entitlement, a good deal of arrogance and it's not difficult to see the driving 'needs/psychopathy' within these types, to turn people into patented robots, to want to 'survey' everything, to believe they can 'manipulate' the weather with their cloud seeding. Control, control, control. So utterly neurotic. So very sad that our society has created these monsters out of the innocent children they once were.
If it was genetic engineering of the sci-fi LEGO genetics variety, I could accept it. Want an extra pair of arms? Just pay, strip, and into the Frankenstein-vat we go! Or an extra hum-hum-whatever you fancy for that matter. I'd even be onboard with people renting out space on their bodies to grow replacement noses, ears and whatnot.

My sense has always been that what's going on in whichever direction of evisceration of our humanity comes from spiritual poverty. I make sure my Mom is taking supplements: D, K, C, Zinc, and quercetin. Others don't listen.
