I feel like I’ve “adulted,” or maybe turned into a butterfly, many times over in the past six years.

I’ve learned so much.

I’ve reinvented myself, and again, and again, and I am still reinventing myself.

I’ve made truly amazing friends.

I’ve also been betrayed more than necessary, too much. I think I’ve learned from that, too.

I’ve fought for my life for a long time and survived.

My Mom, my dearest person, has passed, which still hurts like crazy in me every time I remember that she is not here.

My relationship with the “medical freedom movement” has evolved.

Early on, I was brave and naïve, and if I were to do it all over again, I would do it all over again. It was useful to be brave and naïve. But I’ve greatly evolved my understanding of what actually works.

Too much circus!

For a while, I was overextending myself, and I felt like a lonely Cassandra, seeing things that others don’t see.

It was painful to observe the activities of calculated pretenders who succeeded, for the moment, at convincing the world of their shiny dissident creds. I was rubbing my eyes, I was like, OMG, no. I was trying to fix things, I was mourning the amount of trickery that succeeded, love that got redirected, and sacred soul energy that was wasted on distractions that had been designed, well, to distract.

I was desperate but I kept pushing back.

I got really sick, in part, from trying to selflessly save the world that didn’t want to be saved.

I had to figure it out.

I grew wiser.

I am far more sober and far more optimistic now.

I have had the honor to receive the kind of insights that are possibly rare.

Those who played dirty against me and those who should have known better than to doubt me but chose to betray me, well, that’s on them. I am saying it with no nothing.

I have come to live through regretting every time I made a wrong choice.

Those who didn’t believe me will one day realize they’d been tricked. It will be a part of their journey to see clearly, and I am on mine.

It’s all good.

Like a phoenix, I am coming back to life.

I was forced to go on a journey of finding who I am, for the thousandth millionth time.

There is value in learning from the inside.

And my Mom? She was the most beautiful Mother I could ever wish for.

We were worried about each other too much. I suspected I shouldn’t, I knew that I shouldn’t but it was so hard!

It was also not easy for her. In my teens, I rebelled, I was breaking conventions and inventing my path, and she just wanted me to have a good regular life.

She is teaching me everything now.

I am learning.

For the millionth billionth time, I am reinventing myself.

I will never forget how years ago, when I visited Russia for a short trip, Mom and I went to see my grandparents’ graves. We took longer than planned to get ready. It was far. It got dark real fast. There was no light, only snow. There were no people around. We just walked, and I prayed, and we found the graves, and this is the last time I was there.

And here is my Mom, my fortress in Heaven. All my love.

I Avoided Death

I came home, and saw that something heavy had fallen where I usually sleep. God continues being good.

I hope you had a beautiful celebration if you celebrated the 4th of July.

I am slowing coming back together. I was really close to my Mom, and this whole thing really made me face myself. I realized that she was listening to what I was telling her a lot more than I had thought, I know it now.

I am very grateful to every one of you who have been supporting me through this time.

Love from my heart to yours, and from your heart to mine, and again, and again.

I started writing at least three books in my head, I hope to do some good with those books. Love matters, and we all deserve it. You’ll be the first to know!

Do Vaccine-Activated Infections Cause Autism?

I would like to share with you an interview with Matthew Cormier, an independent citizen researcher whose work is well worth checking out.

I recorded this interview by Mom’s bedside a month and a half ago, I was hoping to publish it sooner but you know what was going on with me, I was focused on grieving the passing of my Mom, and I am still grieving but I am pulling myself back together, please bear with me here.

I would like to thank Matthew for being an thinker from the inside and an understanding podcast guest, and I am happy to share our conversation with you.

Matthew has come up with a theory on vaccine injury that is very resonant to the theory I have developed a few years ago and have been pondering and then writing about. Needless to say, I was very excited to compare notes!

Here is Matthew’s paper:

On my end, I have been looking into the role of undiagnosed infections (especially fungal infections and intracellular parasites) in many common syndromes, such as neurological presentations, dementia, autism, asthma, diabetes, “autoimmune conditions,” and so on. Furthermore, I have surmised that infections like this could also be a giant factor in producing vaccine injury via the reactivation of latent infections and / or introducing new infections from dirty vials.

By the way, I have tried to get someone—anyone!!—with access to vials to test ‘em for common infections (based on my theory and also inspired by Dr. Garth Nicolson’s opinion about the prominence of mycoplasma infections in the vials) but that went nowhere, somehow, not sure why.

Now, ummmmm, a belated trigger alert. Matthew, whose work is focused on the vaccine-induced reactivation of viral infections, talks about, well, viruses, and we know how heated this topic may get.

Hear me out, dear communist committee on contagion, here is Tessa’s confession. Like I said in this interview and also many times in the past, I have looked into it with my honest researcher eyes many times over, and neither side has fully convinced me, so I remain agnostic because I prefer to think for myself—and also because I have a free will to do so. :) I am well aware of everyone’s talking points (for real), and I love ya’ll.

I suspect that when we all get older and wiser, it will turn out that the “real answer” is somewhere diagonal from where the heart of the argument is sitting now. Viruses /exosomes, could turn out to be a different expression of energy, etc. etc. etc.

When it gets to the argument about not just viruses but contagion at large and the opinion that even contagion at large is not real, or that parasites are here to help us, I would have to very lovingly but decisively disagree. They are here to help us like the bankers are here to help us experience purity by being deprived of access to funds. :)

On a raw note, in my dealing with Mom’s health, infection was a factor, and I believe the evidence of my own eyes before I believe anyone’s theoretical talking points (or even my own). The existence of infections is in no contradiction with the existence of energy healing or the importance of a healthy terrain.

Anyway, dear communist committee on contagion, here are my innermost thoughts on the subject. Let me be now.

It is my hope that my research, and Matthew’s research, and everyone else’s research, for that matter, inspires thought. I think it’s a noble goal.

We Are Destined to Heal

My Mom, My Fortress in Heaven

Dear friends, I thank you for all the love. I will try to respond to everyone, I couldn’t get myself to do anything yet, I am grieving.

I am grieving. My Mom was (and is) the heart of my hearts. I lived to save her, to figure out life one day and to make her proud. We were close, so close. Yes, we had differences in opinions, and I argued with her sometimes from the heart, and I wished to be seen and heard more, and complained. Oh, I lived for her. I lived for the dream of that perfect harmony that I saw in my heart and craved for. But despite all that, love was obvious even when I was wishing for more.

And suddenly, all I see is love, and all I know is love, and I know that all there is, is love, and has always been.

I am her baby, now I fully am.

I am her child.

I am proud to be her child.

I am getting used to the fact that my Mom is now a Spirit, that she knows the things that Souls know when they get to the other side. I, a human being in flesh, am still here, but I am closer to there…

My Mom Has Passed

My beautiful Mother has left this world. I was trying to keep her, selfishly as a child who needs a Mother, but she wanted to go home. When I am done crying, I will write and celebrate her life. I need some time to cry from here to the skies about how much I miss my dear Mom. My past few years have been a quest to save her life after managing to save my own. I thought I could because I was able to save myself, I used all sorts of protocols and my best heart. She had a mind of her own, she has gone home. I am wiser and braver now but God, there is nothing in this world that can replace my Mom, my only Mom.

I am deeply grateful to everyone who has reached out, sent prayers, donations, and other acts of love. I will use them to honor her. You touched my heart more than you know. Now, about that news cycle that keeps being crazy on the periphery of my life…

When it comes to the aliens, dammit, I was off by one year. This was my prediction for 2025.

When it comes to the “hantavirus,” I have written this children’s tale a few years ago (The Sorcerer and the Plague: A Children’s Tale), and that is really all I got to say about the hantavirus scare. How many times are they gonna try?!

“The Plague, the Plague! Beware of the Plague”

Once upon a time, in a fictional far-away kingdom, the authorities announced a big plague. King’s messengers on horses and in beaked masks, were sent to every town and every village, demanding that the citizens drop whatever they were doing and go back home.

King’s messengers looked very menacing and serious in their beaked black masks, and they sounded strict. They insisted that the order to go back home in the middle of the day and to stay home was for the citizens’ own good, and that it was not to be questioned in any way.

When some feisty citizens inquired how they were going to feed themselves and their families while under the new “royal lockdown” rule, the messengers told them that they were endangering the country and that they had to immediately shut up, comply, and just let the king do all the thinking for them. Unless, of course, they desired to go to jail and ask all their remaining questions there.

“It won’t take more than two weeks anyway, have some patience,” the masked messengers said. The threats and the promises worked like a charm, and the citizens in every town and every village begrudgingly complied, expecting to resume their normal daily lives in two weeks or so.

Perfect Timing

The timing of the plague was perfect for the king and especially for the treasurer of the Crown. For years, the king has been mostly partying and not paying attention to what was going on, while the treasurer has been dutifully stealing everything from the treasury — every piece of gold he could find — and even inviting his children and his closest associates to partake in the theft.

The treasurer was stealing so shamelessly that no amount of citizen taxes and no loot from foreign wars could make him satisfied. The gold just kept disappearing into his bottomless pockets, with no trace. And it so happened that shortly before plague, he had stolen the last piece of gold from the treasury and discovered that there was nothing left there, except some dust, a few mouse droppings, and a whole lot of old spider webs.

A Perfect Storm: Sustainability and Plague

The Treasurer didn’t despair though. He had a resourceful mind. He set out to convince the King that spider webs and mouse droppings were, in fact, the new gold — the trendy and sustainable kind. He prepared his “pitch” and — just as he was rehearsing his pitch, the plague announcement came.

“Great timing!” the Treasurer thought to himself. “This plague is such a Godsend.” And nobody ever asked the Treasurer if the course of events had anything to do with the private conversation he had the day before with the Chief General and the Sorcerer of the Crown.

Fundraiser for My Mom

When I took my Mom to the emergency room a month and a half ago, I didn’t know that I would end up needing to care for her 24/7, like she is a child.

How I missed her when I was a child and she cared for me like a lioness, in a survival mode, working long shifts as a doctor, standing in endless Soviet lines and jumping through hoops to buy food and toys so that I don’t know the hunger and the need that she knew when she was growing up. I just though, “Where is Mom? Why is she not here?”

Now she is all here.

She was diagnosed with a new “untreatable” cancer and a number of other conditions (no, it’s not the thing, she and I are on the same wavelength about that).

I have a strategy and a plan, and I am determined to prove the doctors wrong.

Currently, my days are about focusing on healing, changing diapers, making meals, staying strong, and staying sane despite very little sleep.

She needs help.

The U.S. may be bombing Iran, our loving government may be releasing files on alien life form…

The Spiritual Aspect of Eldercare

Writing this missive as an update on my life.

Mom is out of the hospital, and she needs me to care for her 24/7.

So right now, my art is the art of eldercare. My philosophy is the ability to stay calm and grounded on very little sleep. My spiritual training as a healer is hands-on training in what I don’t know how to describe in words but it is making me a better person and a better healer, without fancy words.

I am one with the universe.

I am grateful to the Spirit for moving things forward for me in the way the Spirit knows.

I feel love beyond any words, and I try to give love and accept love.

It is easy to “practice spirituality” and write about news and philosophy in a sunny room and no pressing issues. My God, I long for that.

But right now, my art is the art of eldercare, and my prayer is for the Spirit to walk with me and hold my hand as we heal in the way that the Spirit knows to bring it, and it always does.

Plasma, Spirit, and Destroying the Foundational Sorcery of the Aristocrats

This story is about the building blocks of the universe. It’s about meaning, courage, and mind control. It‘s as important to me as my 2020 essay The Great Reset for Dummies, the essay that I sent to my 12 subscribers, that suddenly went viral and changed my life. Back then, I was shouting from the rooftops about transhumanism and the long-planned AI power grab, which at the time was still an obscure subject, not known to most.

Today, most people are well aware of transhumanism—but many are still naive to what I am about to say as it goes against the foundational sorcery that the aristocrats have been injecting into people on a massive scale for a very long time.

I am painting this story with my heart. I encourage you to think it through from the inside and do your own thinking and research.

Why?

Because we’ve been lied to about our supposed lack of power. They, the they, have arranged the society to make it easier for themselves to steal love, soul, and life force from innocent living beings all over the globe, and they have been at it for a looooong time.

Who are they?

I don’t think that anyone knows the entire deal. There are people who claim to know and expose the entire deal but I think that in most cases, it’s a great overestimation of the case.

They, the they, could be the descendants of ancient sages whose hearts went bananas from some ancient betrayal and piercing pain—and they turned crazy, and turned pawns to wrong forces, and started wreaking havoc, yanking joy from many in order to sweeten their own pain.

They could be endowed explorers of reality, magicians-gone-south on their own journey to love, in which us and them play a multidimensional game, strangely helping each other understand the hidden sides of ourselves that we wouldn’t be able to understand without that dance.

(One of my favorite sources on “alternative history” is this book by Awo Fa’lokun.)

Bottom line: they understand the laws of nature and physics (known in the vernacular as “magic”) really well, and they have been using their understanding of reality in order to confuse and steal. They’ve been luring the innocent and abusing the helpless, and it’s time to change things. In my own shoes, I don’t accept this abuse. I am not on board with this distorted use of innately beautiful power.

And we, the sincere people, don’t serve ourselves well by giving more attention to their story (whatever it is) than we give to our own. It is my opinion that we owe it to ourselves to seek, to breathe, to look at ourselves and this world in awe, to explore reality, to love our souls and the laws created by God for our joy. Using balanced understanding, we can fight back, even as we pray for them to heal, too, on God’s terms.

I am on the opinion that when it comes to these gone-south descendants of ancient sages—or fallen angels—or out-of-space explorers—or whoever they are—it is very likely that the Creator has a plan about everything that is going on, and it is likely that the plan goes beyond anything that a human being in our human consciousness can perceive.

We are the (human) saviors we’ve been waiting for

Each of us is a universe. Each of us came to this Earth with a depth and unique importance that is so amazing and strong that no words are good enough to describe just how beautiful and important we are. All of it. All our courage, and doubts, and love, and mistakes, and stumbling, and figuring things out, and victories, and breakthroughs—all of it is what we send into the universe, shaping it, reporting back to God about what it feels like to be a part of God who perceives itself as not-God, walking and flying and crawling and dancing back to our Source, back to total and only love.

The point is, it is not our job to understand ‘em or fix ‘em, fixing them is their job and their conversation between them and God. It is our job to understand our situation in practical terms, to pray for our well-being, for our joy—and to open our minds and hearts to a sweet and awesome understanding of God’s universe and how things work.

Who are we? Where did we come from? Where do we go? Why are we here? What brought us to this Earth this time around? How can we love ourselves out of this grief? How can we be love and receive love?

This is what I am working on for myself. Self-discovery is more rewarding (to me) than chasing the news cycle that keeps spinning and circling like a hamster wheel, like sex without an orgasm, all this buildup—followed by a letdown.

How do I know what I know?

I was born a mystic, and I often “download” information from the ether and then connect the dots. I don’t twist anyone’s arms to believe me but it has worked for me.

As far as “information” proper, I would like to honor two names in particular and thank them for their insightful and generous work. I have mentioned both of them a few times before. One is Awo Fa’lokun and the other is Robert Temple, the author of “New Science of Heaven.” Both are luminaries in their respective fields. Their work and sharing has helped me greatly to connect the dots. Catherine Austin Fitts mentioned Temple’s book in a recent interview, it pleased me greatly as I have a tremendous respect for Catherine, and I love Temple’s book.

Hats off to both Awo Fa’lokun and Robert Temple. See, people who have an actual clue tend to not chase fame, not push their opinions down people’s throats, not toot their horn too much, not cut corners in pursuit of clicks, not to invest in “hooking” people onto their stories turning people into dependents—they act normal, calm, and modest, and just leave their knowledge out there for the seeking minds to find. This “traditional,” “old school” approach to knowledge appeals to me.

Spirit, plasma, universe, and soul

(Again, thanks to Robert Temple for his brilliant book “The New Science of Heaven”)

The universe is alive, and most conscious life in the universe is not carbon form but invisible, “spiritual” form.
The spiritual energy is not vacuum, not “nothing.” It takes space. It has physical substance, and the medium that carries spiritual form is what physicist of today call plasma (not to be confused with blood plasma, which is not related to physics plasma at all, except it provided inspiration for the name.
Plasma stands for a “soup” of subatomic particles (electrons, ions, and other, less familiar, particles, including probably the types of subatomic particle that are still unknown).
In physics terms, “matter” stands for atomic matter, which means that “physical” objects consist of structured atoms. (Please note that the definition of atoms is fluid, and atoms may not be quite what we conventionally believe.)
Plasma (that is believed to comprise 99% of the universe, with “matter” being a rare beast comparing to all that exists) does not consist of atoms, it consists of subatomic particles that are not organized into atoms, and for that reason it’s not “matter” in the conventional sense.
However, plasma can give birth to matter, where “dust” (clusters of atoms) may form inside plasma clouds. (This, now, settles the debate of what comes first, spirit or matter. Spirt comes first.)
Plasma research has been one of the most secretive, classified areas of physics research, with heavy military involvement, strict NDAs, and harsh persecution of the scientists who didn’t want to conform to the boot. The reason for that is that at some point, it became clear that “plasma” is conscious, and that it closely matches the qualities of what myth and religion have been referring to as “angels,” “spiritual beings,” “spirits,” and so on.
Human soul, that is a composite and very mysterious spiritual being with a direct connection to God (whom human beings can’t know), is also, in physics terms, a very complex plasma cloud.
After we die, the body goes to earth, and our soul travels home.

The so called “elites” are slave makers, they are wounded, they cover up their awful wounds with a pathological need to enslave and control life. Personally, I have compassion for their pain but it doesn’t mean that they are allowed to give their pain to innocent Souls.

Because they like to make slaves out of life, they use their understanding of spiritual laws and the universe to make slaves.

And so today, they went on to produce artificial spirits on a massive scale, coded with misleading ideas and feelings, with fear, with pain, with war.

They put the secret manufacturing of those synthetic spirits to an industrial level.

A lot of popular trends, the things people talk about or worry about on a massive scale, also known as “following the current thing,” are explained by the fact the wounded souls have set up a production of synthetic spirits on a massive scale.

In the olden days, such techniques were known as “sorcery.” What is known as “sorcery” is simply riding the laws of physics, with a caveat that real physics is not mechanical, and the entire universe is alive. When such knowledge is used for negative goals, it goes against the Creators’ laws, and brings pain to the human kind.

In the light of today’s technologies, the glorified thieves with extremely wounded souls want to use AI as a generator of synthetic thought, synthetic spirit, a plasma cloud that they want to overwhelm everyone’s natural soul.

Those artificial, synthetic spirits are similar to “demons.”

Their “bodies” are living plasma clouds just like the “bodies” of the natural living spiritual energy, referred to as “angels” in western myths, are living plasma clouds.

The wounded souls don’t want the people to know this kind of information, they don’t want clarity, they want the people to live in fear,

The implications of this are vast.

We don’t do ourselves any favors by taking their bait and giving more energy to pondering who they are than who WE are. We do need to understand enough for situational awareness—yes—and in my opinion, we do need to pray for clarity, both in spiritual and practical terms.

But as far as the bulk of our attention, we are responsible for ourselves. Each of us has the most precious and significant living being in the entire universe to understand and heal—ourselves.

I have spent the past few days at the hospital with Mom.

I am a very underslept philosopher right now.

Love is our life. And God, love is powerful.

It is miraculous how much difference kindness makes.

When she was younger, my Mom was a doctor. She was kind to her patients, she treated them well. She went out of her way to help.

It is only fair that the Spirit is covering her with love.

While we were waiting, I heard a few Elders voicing their invisible tragedies into the air, Jesus, it was hard to hear even though I already had plenty to focus on. I volunteered to translate for one of them because it was impossible to hear an Elder in need and stay silent.

Kindness is fair.

I put my gratitude into my prayer.

I put my love.

A good place to start talking about Alzheimer’s disease is this short quote from an article on AD that I wrote for Dr. Mercola three years ago:

Until very recently, it was considered official and proven that Alzheimer’s disease is non-infectious and caused by amyloid plaques.
In 2022, the news came out that the foundational study on Alzheimer’s that had been driving the overall direction of research in the past two decades had been based on a fraud [more about that fraud below].

Once upon a time, during the Obama years, I had a dream.

In that dream, there was a foreign attack on New York, and bombs were falling, and people were running, and the places dear to me were getting destroyed, and “our peaceful past” was getting forever separated from “how things are now.”

As we were running, a new way of living was being born, a life with no security and no predictable future, a life where bombs were falling, and we the people were forced to run, run, run.

As I was running in that dream, I remember feeling very angry at those who had launched the senseless, cruel attack. Very angry. I remember that.

Then I woke up.

I was in my bed in New York. All was good.

Slowly, as I was coming back to the “awake” reality and getting reacquainted with the peaceful world, an undeniable truth installed itself right in front of my eyes.

I have been silent. I have been thinking. I have been silent because I like to act responsible and only speak when the world makes sense to me. And for a bit, it didn’t.

Yes, we are all under a heavy nudging pressure of the television screen—but that’s precisely it, the behavioral pattern of spitting out our thoughts in reaction to the news, prior to properly thinking things through, is a huuge part of Mind Control. An Immigrant in America, Me

You know me. I always try to harmonize things and breathe in the direction of peace on Earth. In the midst of Russiagate (the 2014 edition of it or so), when dissing and insulting the entire Russian culture became a prominent “up” trend, I wrote this piece. At the time, my plan was to get it published by the New York Times—and save the world. :) I had solid connections there through a friend, I thought my piece was so good and true that they wouldn’t be able to resist but … they resisted. If you have been reading me for a while, you know how much I love, respect, and admire my dear friend Mark Crispin Miller. The interview I did with him a few years ago about COVID and censorship is still one of my favorite interviews of all times.

Mark has been a brave, pioneering (and non-partisan) dissident voice for years. He’s been a “conspiracy theorist” before many of us became this way.

In my own life, Mark has been an amazing, kind friend to me throughout the years.

The State, the Demon

I was feeling philosophical today, and this wrote itself.

When I was a child in the disintegrating USSR, the State was solemnly promising to take care of us.

It would give us a clear identity, a purpose, a meaning of life—it would take our loyalty and our self-sacrifice as payment for state-sponsored clarity of who we were as human beings—and in return, it would care of us, from cradle to grave.

It said so.

Life force in exchange for certainty.

Sovereignty of the soul in exchange for chains with the word “dignity” stamped on them in big letters.

The State, the ghost of the machine, would give us free education, free medicine, some kind of a guaranteed roof over our heads—a leaking roof perhaps, and shared with strangers if necessary, but a roof over our heads none the less.

It would give us a guaranteed job and “community respect” to soothe our abandoned souls.

It would take care of us by giving us a road map as well as survival basics.

We would receive “Certificates of Honor” for extra goo…
